When we started Iguana we had a clear vision in our minds. That vision is as true now as it was then. We wanted to build the sort of company that we would have commissioned, one we could trust and that would leave us (the client) richer for their involvement. We also wanted to create the sort of business we would aspire to work for, with a clear set of values and an open and ethical approach to people & business.

Our value set is based on the premise that if you get the basics right the rest will follow. So we keep things simple & we focus on:

· Integrity - we always give our honest view even when its difficult to do so and encourage others to do the same
