Billing Policy
Our top priority is Customer Delivery and our business model is built to keep that at the forefront of everything we do. Uniquely, we are also prepared to put our money where our mouth is. We always put an element of our fees "at risk". Throughout our business it is the customers’ perception of the value we have added that drives our performance assessment.
So, how does @risk work?
At the end of each module we ask the client to assess our contribution based on a Performance Scorecard* developed to ensure that clients’ expectations are met. We measure ourselves on the quality of our delivery, the way we work and most importantly the value we have added. It is a simple and unambiguous approach benefiting all concerned. Our final bill is based on this assessment of the job done.
